Non-refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

Lost, stolen or destroyed: Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed and will be invalid.

Booking of Activity: Due to the high demand on activities, 4 weeks advance booking is required by phoning Atlantic Flight Training. When booking you must have your voucher no ready, otherwise we cannot make a reservation. You will be required to produce your voucher at the activity centre. If you do not have your voucher you will not be allowed to fly & therefore the voucher will become invalid.

Extensions & Administration Charges: Vouchers that have expired can be reactivated for a further term of 3 months within 1 month of the expiry date. A fee of 25% of the current activity price will be charged for reactivating the voucher. Vouchers cannot be extended outside of the 1 month expiry date rule.

Postponed by Activity: Atlantic Flight Training reserve the right to postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions. In that event, the voucher holders are advised to contact us again to arrange an alternative date within the term of the voucher.

Cancellation by a Voucher Holder: The bearer of an Atlantic Flight Centre Voucher agrees that in the event of having to postpone/cancel a booked appointment, they will notify the activity centre by telephone or letter 5days prior to day of the flight. Failure to do so will result in the voucher becoming invalid.

Non-attendance: An Atlantic Flight Centre voucher automatically becomes invalid.

Experience descriptions: The stated duration of the flight is a guide only and may differ from time to time. Exact timing can depend on the weather, season and air traffic control capacities. All photographs used in Atlantic Flight Centre promotional material are only intended to give a general idea of the experience.

Spectators: Spectators are generally welcome but occasionally we may make small restrictions on spectators due to safety regulations.

Problems on the day: If you experience problems on the day, please bring it to the attention of the management within seven days of the appointment, so that we have the opportunity to put it right.

Waiver: A waiver must be signed on arrival by both participants and non-participants, stating that they attend or participate entirely at their own risk and will not hold Atlantic Flight Centre or individuals responsible in the event of injury.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Atlantic Flight Centre against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and legal fees arising out of use of this site.

Alcohol or Drugs: No alcoholic drinks or drugs are to be consumed through out the day of the flight.

Confidentiality: All confidential information are used in accordance with the data protection act.

Terms: Atlantic Flight Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

The €50 voucher is redeemable against any flight at Atlantic Flight Centre (minimum time 30 mins) The balance must be paid on booking.
